Urban is an extensive collection of tabletop items from the brand Salt&Pepper. It was developed for Myer as their feature range for spring-summer 2013. Interest in this range has seen television shows such as channel 9’s The Block request to showcase the range on the series.
3D Modelling & Rendering
Each piece in the range has been modelled using 3D software to create renderings (see below) as true to life as possible. As designs were developed they were applied and tested on various shapes to ensure a cohesive story was told across the entire collection.

Illustration
Urban captures the essence of summer with its bold use of the on-trend yellow colour and abstract flower motifs. Scratchy, rough, hand-drawn flowers feature alongside splashes of yellow and highlight colour-blocked pieces. The collection includes plates, mugs, bowls, dip dishes, teapots, sugar & creamers, salt & pepper shakers, gravy boats, olive boats, platters and more.

Engineering Drawings
Each product in the range has been designed using CAD software to not only provide renderings as visual aids to illustrate how the products may look once sampled but also to provide engineering drawings for factories to manufacture and commercially produce these items.
